[Feature]: Cover card - add optional badge to indicate if there's a problem (Jam/obstruction)

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Garage doors have sensors that indicates whether there's an obstruction or a jam. Ratgdo displays this as a binary sensor.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add an optional badge to "Cover Card" that has green color when obstruction sensor is off (clear) and red when there's a problem. The obstruction sensor will have to be selected from an entities list.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Template card. But status of door cannot be shown in % position.
