[Feature]: Number card - slider with buttons

• I did a search to see if there is a similar issue or if a pull request is open.

Is your feature request related to a problem?

I like slider, but sometimes I need to change value by a notch. It's hard to point exact value with slider. Ok, I could use buttons, but then if I want to change by a significant value then I need to push that button many times.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to have input number slider with +/- buttons on its sides. Like for fine tuning.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Tried using both, one slider, and one buttons card for the same entity, but it doesn't suits my needs.
