Pretty sure I'm right on this, but I'll gladly stand corrected if not... ;)
I'm pretty sure that in the Fountain spec, a line that is in all caps should only be interpreted as a CHARACTER if not immediately followed by a blank line. Thus, in the example below, the shot CLOSE ON LITTLE BRAVE should be rendered as action - and with this style sheet, appear in white rather than teal text - since there's a space between it and Entering the room - unlike the dialog that follows.
I think the exception to this would be if there were two blank spaces in the empty line.
Of course, the workaround would be to "force action" using an exclamation point. i.e.,:
!CLOSE ON LITTLE BRAVE
Not a huge deal, just a little OCD on my part. :) Let me know if you have any thoughts or questions.

@jeffk529 sorry for the slow response, but yep you're 100% right. It's only a syntax highlighting thing though, the parser (and therefore live preview and PDF) correctly interpret it as action.
