Range input tick marks

It would be nice if PicoCSS could render tick marks on range inputs.

Currently, it seems PicoCSS just hides the tick marks:

Without PicoCSS, the tick marks are rendered (on Chrome):

In addition to the tick marks, it would be nice if the tick mark labels were centered underneath, like MerrySky:

• This may require reducing the width of the range input so the first/last labels can extend outside. (Via padding?)

According to the first article, the best option for cross-browser ticks is repeating-linear-gradient.
