How to disable zoom feature in iOS?

iOS version: 13.2.2
Xcode version: 11.2.1
Device information: iPhone 6s , Simulator 11 pro

I want to disable zoom feature when i press on a text input in the webView on iPhone. Would you please help me to disable zoom feature in iOS? and if not exist please add this feature.
