Phone list clickable

The phone list was designed to be clickable, but some setting was not right so it malfunctions.
Now you can click on the number and create rules for that number easily.

Fix pickup probelm

Due to some logical error, the 1.0 can only pickup one call, then it doesn't know what to do next.
This 1.01 fixed that, and enable detection of extension pickup status. Also it will have a 30 second timer for ringing, if it passed that, the phone status will be reset.
v1.0 is actually unusable, v1.01 is actually working for my modem.

Finally First Release !!

After so much sweat and tears, I finally made the program usable for my Conexant USB modem!
I did the testing with my cellphone and everything seems fine.
Originally I wanted to be able to transfer calls to "It's Lenny" numbers, but somehow the hook flash from the modem just disconnected the phone, therefore, even though I wanted this feature so much, it's not in the first release until I figure out how to do a proper 3 way conferencing with my modem.
However, all other policies ( actions ) are working quite well, including Fake Fax, Disconnect and Warning.
Because it's the first release, there should be lots of problems here and there, and features that are missing. So bear with me and please give me suggestions by creating issues. THANK YOU !
( Update: There was a problem with the Set Port dialog function, fixed. If you have this problem, please download the setup and install it again.)
