Upgrade Terraform AWS Provider to version 4

We are planning to update the module soon to AWS Terraform provider 4.

Two PRs are open to update the module, thanks to our contributors.

• feat: AWS Terraform provider 4.x #2013 Working PR to support 4.x provider

Impact

You have two options.

1. Upgrade your Terraform setup to AWS Terraform provider 4.x, which could require update some resources.
2. Use multiple provider instances and only use the 4.x provider for the module.

How you can help

We already tested the PR's on our test environment and all ooks good. But any help in testing the PR is welcome. Feel free to test the PR and comment on this issue or either the specific PR's.
