Launch date quarters are off slightly #1

Looks like all the quarters were pushed ahead by one?

The date on the launch for quarters is the start of the quarter, not the end of the quarter, which I think is the issue.

For example:
Es'hail 2 should be Q4, which starts on October 1st
SARah 1 should be Q1, which starts on January 1st
