Print a huge error message when a child sim's strings are out of sync with its mother sim

It might be a good idea to print a huge error message in Rosetta when a child sim's strings are out of sync with its mother sim. The code that checks this could be in the translation report. The drawback to this is that it would make the translation report slower.
