For phetsims/qa#427
When in full screen mode using the sim normally the iPad will periodically put up this warning:
Image from iOS
Seems to happen when clicking rather than dragging, such as when selecting show answer in a game, but it doesn't seem consistent.

Documented and found fairly frequently using Area Builder.

If this pops up while you are exiting full screen everything crashes, the images can be off screen or too small, and even reloading the page doesn't help, you need to go back and follow the link again. Unfortunately, getting this to happen seems random.

It looks like this is an iOS 12 feature for full-screen, so it's not new. Probably no good way to prevent it that I'm aware of.

Simulator Screen Shot - iPad Pro (12 9-inch) (3rd generation) - 2019-09-19 at 12 20 55

I can reproduce this on 13.0. The only way I see to prevent this is to prevent full-screen.

@ariel-phet thoughts on what to do here? I doubt there is a technical way around this besides preventing full-screen, but I don't have a good idea of how often this would happen.

In #64 we decided we should investigate detection of iOS 13 and attempt to disable full-screen in those cases. Referencing that issue here, and assigning @jonathanolson to include this issue as part of QA testing for the maintenance release. If disabling full-screen works, then this issue should be moot and will be able to be closed.
