Add support for high contrast modes

This should include joist and sim code presumably linking to the same color profile. Joist looks like it uses LookAndFeel right now, instead of a normal color profile.

Additionally, we can use CSS media queries to see if someone has high contrast enabled on their system, and could (design question) start up with high contrast on-by-default if this is detected.
