(PDOM) Punctuation and capitalization clean-up

When we are next working on this sim's interactive description, and getting ready for a maintenance release, we have a few things to tidy up:

• Change "Leg swing" to "Leg Swing"
• Remove capitalization in aria-valuetext Arm Swing slider - "Hand" should be "hand"
• Remove capitalization in aria-valuetext Leg Swing slider - "Foot" should be "foot"
• Remove periods in aria-valuetext, only one to fix: "hand farthest from doorknob."
• see other changes based on testing in (PDOM & Voicing) Test new strings in PDOM #378

It only needs time if the sims is to be re-published or is part of a maintenance release. I'll put low priority. Does that help?
