[CODAP] Deleting a column doesn't uncheck the sensor/chart

Problem description
For phetsims/qa#1170 and similar to this issue, deleting a column doesn't uncheck the variable in the side panel.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add some voltmeters and ammeters to the play area and check the boxes for all of them.
2. Create a simple circuit and hook up ammeters/voltmeters.
3. Press Start Autocollect
4. After some data has been collected, press Stop Autocollect
5. In the Sensor Data Table, delete a column (eg. current 1) --its corresponding checkbox will still be checked.
6. Pressing Start Autocollect will not result in current 1 data being collected NOR will unchecking and rechecking the checkbox.

Good find!

For now, I would communicate this as a "known-issue" to Joey/Heather, and defer fixes until Matt is back since not sure what direction we want to go here - remove ability to delete the column or uncheck the box. Deleting the column is problematic for the goal of the research/wrapper.
