This branch was created to explore keyboard navigation in this sim. Prototype designs had a low probability of going to production so we elected to add them in a branch. A11y work on this sim has since stalled and is not likely to pick up again soon.

It would be good to keep this branch around for future reference, but it is pretty old now and may be quite stale by the time a11y work continues in this sim.
