Describe the bug

After installation, it pops up a window about run it now and create desktop shortcut, both options are checked by default, i just click ok to run and create desktop shortcut. Then it will pop up "error loading project" and it cannot closed until i restart the phoefix code.

Reproduction

  1. download windows x64 installer from https://phcode.io/#/home
  2. double click to install
  3. run after installation

Expected behavior

No response

OS, Browser and Phoenix versions

  1. OS: Windows 11
  2. Browser: Firefox
  3. Version: 3.4.6

It looks like the installation may have got corrupted. Can you do the following steps

  1. Remove documents/phoenix code folder
  2. Uninstall phoenix code from control panel, select option remove application data when uninstalling.
  3. Download and install phcode from phcode.io again

See it that fixes the problem, else might need to investigate a bit more on the issue. Is this a network drive or any other speciality for the windows installation?

Tried, first clean installation will have that error, only second installation will be okay. Meaning that, the issue is still there because it will occur in the first installation.
