Metacello Integration leaves Monticello leftover repositories

I think that Iceberg metacello integration should not create permanent monticello repositories.
They should be temporary, used during loading, and removed afterwards.
Additionally, the adapters installed by the metacello integration are not fully compatible with monticello, creating a bad experience like the errors below...

If the user wants to use a cypress repository by hand on the disk, he still can, but he will have to do it manually.
