Describe the bug

Getting the template info from the command line throws an MNU error.

I downloaded the latest build and do:

pl template info

Response:

Instance of PhLTemplateInfoCliCommand did not understand #raiseMissingTemplateToPrint
PhLTemplateInfoCliCommand(Object)>>doesNotUnderstand: #raiseMissingTemplateToPrint
