Uninstall on windows does not clean everything #115

I just uninstalled Pharo on Windows but I still have a PharoLauncher folder containing files (pharol-local/, PharoDebug.log, stderr, stdout)

I'm on Windows 10 and it was with the installer of the 04 June 2018

The files should not even been created! #81
But, still the uninstaller should delete the files
