Add Explanatory Info to Bite Selection

As discussed in #108 , it would be helpful to have additional explanatory info on the bite selection page such as what the red dot means.

I think this should be a part of a broader change that enables us to put an "info" icon on pages that shows a popup when clicked. That way, we not only provide additional info on Bite Selection, but also have a good foundation for adding additional info on other pages as well.
