Problem

The config option exclude MHC doesn't seem to apply to CELLECT-GENES analysis this can result in misleading genes appearing in CELLECT-GENES analysis that were not involved in the CELLECT-LDSC or CELLECT-MAGMA analysis.

Solution

Exclude the MHC from CELLECT-GENES analysis, either by not testing genes that fall in that region or by dropping the region entirely from the input genetic signal.
