Plugin should look up the JDBC driver from the Runtime config, not the Compile config #6

I normally add the JDBC driver to my Runtime config only:

libraryDependencies += "org.postgresql" % "postgresql" % "42.2.12.jre7" % Runtime

This does not work with the plugin, however, so I need to add the driver to the Compile config instead:

libraryDependencies += "org.postgresql" % "postgresql" % "42.2.12.jre7"

Please look up the driver from the Runtime config. It automatically includes the Compile config.
