Some comments are not displayed (seemingly randomly) after the index page is refreshed

These two screenshots are taken 10 seconds and one refreshes apart:

All comments were written several minutes BEFORE both screenshots.

Looks like it happens when you open user's feed from homefeed or individual post page for the first time.
