Would be nice to support "{CRYPT}" scheme that become more popular in LDAP

I never used CRYPT in slapd but I can implement it.
I just need a little contribution, some one that takes a simple script and test results to slapd.

Probably the way is this:

Would you like to do some tests, then we'll can implement it and release a new version?
