Hi Paul,
I tried "Backrub rotamers for chain" in the Modeling toolbar, Coot 1.1.10. Nothing happens, and the attached error is printed to the log:
marked_for_display size() 0 debug:: safe_python_command() PyRun_SimpleString() import fitting Traceback (most recent call last): File "<string>", line 1, in <module> ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'fitting' debug:: safe_python_command() PyRun_SimpleString() fitting.backrub_rotamers_for_chain(0, 'A') Traceback (most recent call last): File "<string>", line 1, in <module> NameError: name 'fitting' is not defined`
Multiple other items in the Modeling menu also seem non-functional.
