can't compile: undefined reference to `cxxtools::xml::XmlReader::XmlReader(std::istream&, int)' #1

zimwriter can't be compiled (for me at least)

to fix this I added "-lcxxtools-xml" for wikizim_LDFLAGS in the following files:
Makefile.am
Makefile.in
Makefile
