I have a problem with a payment return, the buyer marked payment made, the money went into my revolut account, I relaxed the btc, but the money returned to the buyer and now I have neither money nor btc, can you please help me in any way? thanks <3

Hi @tatitas1983 thanks for the message. I have just seen this. Sorry to hear of this issue. Chargebacks are rare!

Is this the only place you have reported it?

It would be great if you could message me on Matrix about it. So we can look into the chargeback and see if the peer is still an active user of Bisq or not.

Hi Pazza, thanks for worrying, something surprising has happened, when I gave up the money for lost I sent a message to the bank user to return my money, after several days he returned it to me, I don't know what happened but it was solved, I thought I'd write it to you , thank you always

Ok that is good news. Glad you did not lose out. Shows that chargebacks can be a thing though!
