By default it does not use CRF, if you want to switch to 'CRF' (named 'CQ' in SE) click on the 'VBR' text.

That's a good question because I think I did not define.
It's handled by FFmpeg, try to do a right-click on the 'Progress status' section then 'Show console' to see if you can have this value.
