4.2.1 version is completely broke! #276

After updating to 4.2.1, the extension completely stopped working. So I revert back to 4.1.0 and it's working properly now.

macOS: 15.2
vscode: 1.96.4 (Universal)
micropython: 1.24.1
device: Raspberrypi pico W
