Describe the problem

When you hover a default node, the top outline of the node disappears as the outline shifts to a drop-shadow.

How do you reproduce the problem?
View demos on patternfly.org: https://www.patternfly.org/v4/topology/topology-view
Find any node that has the default grey outline and hover it.

This was introduced in patternfly/patternfly-react#7294, the colors change to unset on hover. The demo existing at that time had the nodes against non-white background, so it wasn't a problem. I'm guessing when a demo was added to the main site the background was not preserved.
