Currently the main thread and the rendering are mashed together (Hence MapViewRenderThread).
I wanna split this into seperate objects to further abstract the rendering.
This will fix the issue where I check each rendering what version of Android is being used.
Futhermore it will allow me to move over the a OpenGL solution and not rely on the heavy overhead and slow Android Canvas.
