Since last update the app doesn't respect the routing policy.
I set the in my VPN server the option:

"Should client Internet traffic be routed through the VPN" on "yes"

But the app routes all the traffic non only my LAN traffic through the VPN.

With other clients like the original one and for example Viscosity and Tunnelbrick works perfectly.
Could you have a look please?

It's not clear what you expect, because your description is somewhat contradictory.
