This replaces the Kademlia and custom protocols connections with the
UniqueConnectype which I've added to rust-libp2p.There are several cases that are currently not handled properly: dialing a node that we already tried dialing earlier, handling connection failures, refusing an incoming connection to a peer when we already have one, etc.
This change delegates all this to the
UniqueConnec.
