Job Description

As an SRE/DevOps you will operate all of our microservices environments in Kubernetes, evolving the infrastructure that supports our core services.

• Analyze and improve the performance, scalability and availability of the software;
• Ensure monitoring of services and rapid identification of problems;
• Acting on emergency incidents, identifying the root cause and solving problems;
• Evolve our cloud infrastructure;
• Acting in the automation of processes and providing solutions to improve the experience of the development team;
• Evaluate points of improvement and solve problems related to the security of our systems;
• Documentation of our solutions and processes;

Skills and Experience

Required

• Starting from 5 years experience
• Affinity with the SRE/Devops culture and best practices in Cloud environments;
• Knowledge in some programming language (Python, Java, etc);
• Experience in production environments with Kubernetes, Helm and Docker;
• Knowledge of implementation models with CI/CD and GitOps;
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Github Actions, Jenkins, FluxCD and ArgoCD;
• Experience with Linux servers;
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS and GCP);
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Alertmanager, Grafana);
• Good communication and teamwork;
• Good reading and writing in English.

Desirable

• Knowledge in automation tools and IaC (Ansible, Terraform...);
• Knowledge of DBMS Administration (preferably MySQL);
• Experience with Istio Service Mesh;
