Describe the bug
In settings window, vertical scroll bar is not appearing, but content is clipped (see bottom)

To Reproduce

  1. start latest main Platform.Bible 0.1.0-commit.d08f3fb.exe
  2. (resize window to be small enough to require scrolling)

Expected behavior
A vertical scrollbar to appear (only when needed) in the right "content section", scrolling only this right section up and down.
