Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

This is more of a user experience improvement. When Window Focus Mode and Open Window Position icons are hidden, the only option right now is to trigger them by using shortcuts.

Describe the solution you'd like

Move buttons to Gnome Control Center when they are hidden, or alternatively have an option to add them to the control center.

Additional context

Gnome Control Center

I think in principle that would be possible.

One thing that makes this difficult (or has kind of the same problem you describe above) is that some of the settings are specific to the workspace. So if you have multiple monitors how would you change the setting of the workspace on the secondary monitor.

I believe another way may be to add them to the workspace specific settings in the perference dialog:

Although that would be a bit less convenient than the control center.

Maybe we could also show a list of all workspaces in the control center. But that might clutter it a lot.
