console arguments property is invalid

I find a problem, used console arguments in page, but this property is invalid.

I think the causes of the problems is that not used arguments property in the code below :

public function build(Builder $builder)
{
        $builder->command($this->command)
            ->cron($this->getCronExpression());
}
