Default to adding label schema labels?

There is a lovely schema for labels: http://label-schema.org/rc1/

A nifty default would be to include as many of those as possible to automate.

e.g.,

• build-date
• vcs-url
• vcs-ref
• schema-version
• url (either the github url or the home page url stored in the project, if accessable)
• name (github repo name or something specified?)

According to the link you shared, that project is no longer active:
Status: DEPRECATED IN FAVOUR OF OCI IMAGE SPEC

I mainly use Docker with kubernetes, since kubernetes can't access Docker image's label, I rarely find good use case of docker label.

PR is certainly welcomed, since there are certainly many people out there managing docker images directly.
