在使用utf8logger.INFO(logstring)方法之前如果使用了logging.info()，那么就会存在logstring重复打印问题。可参考https://github.com/GLiuqianT/qqbot/blob/GLiuqianT-patch-1/qqbot/utf8logger.py的一个修复版本。
