Small fix of tooling Zondax/ledger-zcash-tools#3

Did PoC of updating to latest zcash crates that helped draft an action plan towards making Zondax's code point to librustzcash crates and not forks.

I spoke with Zondax Devs about that work. They've decided that it would be useful to detach Wallet work from the ledger zcash app code itself. So we agreed that the ledger-zcash-rs repo will be split in two. I would have to move a lot of code of the PoC to the other repo but that's ok.

This closes the following issues:

• This crate can't be built along with Orchard 0.9+ Zondax/ledger-zcash-rs#36
• Depend on the real librustzcash instead of really old crates. Zondax/ledger-zcash-rs#37

There are several semantic conflicts and library versions conflicting or shadowing themselves.
PCZT is a way out of this. @str4d is actually
working on a PR for PCZT for the sapling crypto crate
