Remove external services

I don't think that use external services to generate a qrcode is necessary. This is bad for privacy.
This is a Django App, it is possible write a Django view to generate a qrcode (pip install qrcode).

I'm really sorry, but I'm not really maintaining this project as it is really old. I wasn't aware people were using it at all. May rewrite just for the sake of it.
