I bought a 12-month academic plan on November 21. After clearing the system cache yesterday, greenhub was automatically offline. When I reactivated today, it showed that the plan was invalid.
I did not switch between multiple devices and only logged in on one device. I don't know why it failed. Please help to solve it as soon as possible.
