Why does the all model group allow maxOccurs > 1? The cardinality constraint of all was removed in XSD 1.1 but, as far as I know, Pyxb supports XSD 1.0 only.

PyXB doesn't do a lot of validation of the schema, and I didn't notice the restriction.
