We need to get specific about which measurements are needed for attestation of a given sled. Right now, there is a placeholder struct.

I started working on documenting / enumerating the basics of the TCB components here: https://rfd.shared.oxide.computer/rfd/0287. My plan is to build this up from the lowest layers so it's currently focused on the NXP CMPA region & RoT hubris image. As SP & higher layers come into play we'll add them to the RFD.
