It's worst in Chrome, but I can also sort of repro in Safari. In Firefox it doesn't quite happen but there is something a little funny with an extra scroll bar.

In Chrome, I can get it to happen at <= 890px but not >= 891px. I was not able to figure out what makes that the number.
