OcNotificationMessage impovements suggestions

• Possibility to pass html code, not only a string as a message. Motivation: we'd like to put some helpful links inside the error/warning notifications.

• Persistent notification: Possibility to set no timeout. Motivation: example, complex notifications that require action like approve/reject share request

• Close button. Sometimes there is a bug and notifications with timeouts don't disappear, would be nice to be able to close them. There is supposed to be a close icon, but it doesn't appear in examples or web.

• Animations on fade out corresponding to fade in animation

• Visibility is bad as notifications background is the same as the main background in web, no settings to change the background color. Proposal: make title bar with background color of passive, primary, success, warning and danger.
