Should available quota be checked before upload?
Available quota can be different in every folder (received share, external storage tec…)
Available quota can change over time
Correct notification to the user if not enough space (in advance) -> https://github.com/owncloud/enterprise/issues/1436
Warning to the user if the available space is lower than X (when entering the bookmark, f. ex.)
