OAuth2 with own certificate does not show webview

Steps to reproduce

1. Type URL of a https server with own certificate and OAuth2 as auth method
2. Accept the certificate
3. Clicl on Connect

Expected behaviour

Webview is shown

Actual behaviour

Blank is shown

Teste with iOS11 (iPhoneX)

@jesmrec tried to reproduce. Webview was blank, but after some time login page showed up (iOS 7 Plus with iOS 11.2.5)

With self created cert properly added and trusted in iOS system, there was not this delay.

I have checked this again, and finally the webview is shown. Sometimes it needs 20 seconds, other times it needs 1 minute.... Not a good experience for the user but not a blocker either. Downgrading the severity.

It will not be included in 3.7.3
