Special Characters error

Server: Windows 2008 R2, owncloud 4.5.10
Client: Mac OSX, owncloud client 1.2.4

I'm having sync problems with files with special characters in them.
filename example Jane Doe+(TEXT).pdf <-- this file doesn''t get sync up to the server.

Here is an exampel of a file that doesn't sync to the client, the client has synced it to the server earlier:
