Workaround for admin user to be able to login with objectstore

Description

When using home object store, for some reason the home folder "files" of the admin doesn't get created and no skeleton is copied. This causes trouble and the admin cannot login.

This workaround pre-creates some of the missing folders to allow logging in.
This however doesn't fix the skeleton issue, so the admin has no skeleton files.
Still, this is an important fix to avoid blocking admins. Skeleton issue to be investigated separately.

hmm nothing to rebase with - how to restart?!

PR testing time: 3 hours
master testing time: 5 hours 30.

If we restart the PR build multiple times, we'll eventually have more than 3 hours to wait in total.
So merging it... so we hopefully only wait the one time 5 hours 30 build on master and hope all goes well... At least we only hope once instead of twice.
