php5-libsmbclient not packaged?

Hello good owncloud peoples, I was testing some fresh oC 7.04 installations from openSUSE build service, and I thought I heard once upon a time that php5-libsmbclient was going to be packaged in the distro packages on OBS. However, it is not, and must be installed separately. Is this how it's supposed to be? If it is I probably ought to change to installation docs to reflect this.

The owncloud packages at OBS are community packages and do not require php5-libsmbclient. It's for the Enterprise Edition only.
